Subject: Development of The United States Seed Policy (USSP)

Was first installed by a customary Perea during his pleading to George W. Bush on movements illegally done in the Western States, later through mail theft in Prisons the Policy was taken in form to other countries throughout the World - leaving The United States spiral down in farming and later leading to the "Bailout" of the Three Administrations of Perea, Bush and Obama all from theft of Prison mail by a select close circle in a number of Privatized Prisons in The Western United States - The United States Department of Agriculture is in process of re-installing a full Seed Policy as installed in the early 2000's through Secretary John Prichard from West Yellowstone Montana - that worked most of his life nearly 30 years in the Agriculture related industrial. The purpose of USSP is to work close with the climate studies in The Farming belts on early spring planting to cycle into a second planting to move into a yearly surplus in The United States Agriculture and in turn increase trade export to Countries that failed in spring planting - from the sale of theft of material of both Mr. Bush and Mr. Perea along with The United States Senate Armed Services Standing Committee in support of Bin Laden by Prison Muslim population that worked with the "Wicca" religion to move documents to Afician Union, India, and Pakistan in Prison Espionage.
