Guy,

I removed all the other devices from your account except for the newest device.  So exit My Cast, go back in and then go to menu/subscriptions and it should refresh itself and show you as subscribed.

I can't take it from the old device as that device is a pantech P7040P the sim card was taken out at att at Largo Mall in Florida and I have no access in my old phone this is the second time I'm trying to reload in my Android the part I'm trying to load is the lighting data and that is where request for license otherwords the only thing missing is the lightning do you need my invoices?

It should be asking you to ‘take’ a license from the OLD device which means you are merely transferring it to your new device.

I did everything and when I sign in another pop up comes up about a license and it says that I do not have a open license and the only device I is the information I set to you what should be the next procedure?

Guy,

If you got a new phone or wiped all the data from your device you MUST use the same gmail account on the NEW phone as well.  That’s how it all gets linked.  So when you get a new device or reset one  and it asks you to add a google account, just choose to log in with the one you have now.  Then go to the Play store and redownload it .  If you did NOT use the same username and password you will need to buy it again and I can transfer the Severe Weather upgrade stuff for free.  I’ll need your username if this is the case.
